KLBC's CAMP part 1

dun look back into the past but...
27th MAY 2007: Sunday

well... the bus will be departing at 12.30... but i juz go early... as early as 9.30am... well... juz wana go for the offering... c wat they got to say... and learn sumthing new of coz... well after everything... saw meow... guess wat... she wore the form 6 t-shirt... i was wearing tat too... whoa... and she said i copy her... i told her ba c tat she is the 1 who copy me coz i wore it 1st and she only wear it after the worship! evil always win in the reality! then v gather around to register and pay our fees... so after tat v break ourself into 2 groups... got 2 busses tat gonna take us there... well i together with my fren... chi yee, meow and jia wen...
it took us bout 2 hour to reach to peaceheaven campsite... gosh... i tot it was at below, nearby to the cable car only... but... gosh... then i saw i passed through the awana hotel... tat means... it is higher than the awana... and the bus took quite sumtimes frm awana to peaceheaven... I DID NOT BRING ANY SWEATER!!! only got 1 long sleeve in my bag... and it is more cooler than the awana trip on the month of disember!!! how i gonna survive???
well... as soon v got down... v went straight away to the hall located at the 5th floor... there is 1st floor till the 5th floor and there is rooftop... i wonder if there is anything at the rooftop? but it was blocked... so when v are there... v were break into 8 different group... all the group were named after F-1 driver... well i got separated among all my frens... and all of us were in the different group! me in the raikkonen group. grace in schumacher (shoe maker!), jia wen in montoya and chi yee in... (i dun remember his... sorry ya... :P)... then one of my group member came and chit chat with me... her name is Jessie frm CBN...
Jessie: we are in the same group!
me: wah... wat a BAD LUCK! :P
Jessie: hmmph... (she turned her bac and walk away... doin the merajuk action)
me: sorry la... juz joking... sorry la... dun merajuk...
then she stare with me with an angry face...
me: smile... (use my finger to do the "U" shape and put it at my mouth) haha... me juz joking only...
then luckily everything came bac to normal when she finally smile...
here is the name of my team member... 9 of us...
chong bing en (a cool and wushu guy...), benjamin (tall and has basketball talent), sam ( a young, active and loud person), ng kok hoong (erm... he is not tat lucky. he is fat, maybe sumthing wrong with his mental but he is nice and friendly person), jessie (the cbn gurl, worship member and gud in cheerleading thing!), amanda chay (cute? not sure le but she is a bit shy... sister of grace chay who is 1 of the most leng lui and sweet gurl there... O.o), joy yoshiko (japanese-chinese mix gua or a pure japanese, loud and i guess she is one of the member of gymnastic due to her flexibility) and adelina (very quiet type... did talk much... so not really noe much bout her)
then later they give us a t-shirt and booklet... written inside the book is all the group member name, dorm-mate, cell discussion group, time table, songs and the devotion topics... and inside the booklet there is a special name for every1 of us... watever is the name v become the guardian angel of the name inside our booklet... every1 got a different name... i get shock when i saw mine... ng kok hoong... he is in my team...
here comes the team leader vote... i point my finger at jessie... and everybody follow... then she said she cant and kind of run away... then she pointed her finger to me... gosh... i dun wan... i lazy... so v tot of decide later... coz v had a short time to complete our score board and our cheer 4 the group! so i tot of doin the archery board... but i din... instead i give the an opinion... y not v do like a dart board... so all of us kinda agree to tat... haha... v did not really well coz the time is kinda short and it is hard to draw a round shape on the manila card and cut it out... ai... and our cheer is messed up... ai... so v kinda screw up in tiz round since v are the 1st time to show our score board and our cheer... sad...
next is our very first game... 2 of every group will go to different circles formed by each 2 members frm all the group outside of the building so it was kinda cold! then there is a cup of water passing around! and the music will be start playing! so the person who hold the cup can splash water to either to his left or right people! me and chi yee each frm different group end up in the same circle! then chi yee told me sumthing!
chi yee: u sat btw 2 small kids (girl summore)
me: oh crap!
chi yee: juz splash urself if u ge the cup of water!
me: ...
but our circle's member were smart... when any of us get the cup v cal the person on his side to get the paper (a paper which every of us get to cover ourselves frm the splash.) to cover their face 1st! so end up tat no 1 in our group were wet! but the PIC had a left over of a pail of water... my team mate. jessie get a surprise of a pail of water! wah she was wet frm top to bottom and i can feel the cold for her! haha... then later,v do all the worship and discusion thing... well the talk frm pastor clawrence made me realised lots of thing suround me... he was talking bout success... how to become success? cool... then v supposed to have a amazing game at nite bout 9... but it was cancel due to overtime frm the disscusion and the talk... so they cancelled it... it was a mess! the schedule is messed up! and v had bout 1 hour free time and supper later... so v go to bed... wah... my dorm-mate... are so annoying... 40% is kid, 40 immature adult and 20% gud ppl... so it is kinda noisy... they talk and talk with their hp light... till bout 4 gua... it is kinda annoying... well i dun wana raise my voice since it is the 1st day... dammit!!! y i got into tiz dorm??? chi yee and jia wen were in the same dorm and it was pretty quiet...

28th of May: Monday

woke up early... 7.20... coz i wana take a bath... fuhhhyooo... the cold is killing me... im freezed... supposely to wake up at 7.10 but freezed at bed for bout 10min... so i put all my strength on my feet and take a step down frm the bed... with a shaking leg and a pair of sleepy eye... went for a bath... wah... COLD... so bath with very vey very HOT WATER...
then everything was back to normal... i changed into my archery t-shirt! bet meow cant copy tat! wakaka... jk only! actually me din really tink of tiz... randomly pick 1 shirt... then my morning devotion group leader is chris... v went to outside of the building... wowo... fresh air and cooling... nice...
later... they called out for the team leader... it took us quite a while 4 me to go out as i look at jessie and she look at me... she pointed at me and call me to go up on the stage... ai... they goin to start the game... well in tiz game there are 8 check points... so v nid to go to each check point and complete the task... as a proof tat v completed our task there will be a signature given... so v muz collect all 8 signature b4 heading to the final check point...
well so v rush to our 1st check point... there will be 2 string set parallel to each other with the width of a table... so v muz fill our mouth with a cone-jelly and put a string into our mouth and the string is perpendicular with the string set parallel on the floor... v muz walk frm the start to the end with a crab walk style... gosh... it havent prepare well... after they done prepare... there is another group came to our task side... i was like... WTH??! v cant move on... so finally it is done... v make a quick start and finish it... one of us muz do 2 times and v din have any prob with it! then v went to 2nd check point! v muz stick the long stick to the ground at 1 spot and v muz turn around the stick for 8 rounds with our forehead on the stick, read a sentense afterwards and move in a straight line... then tag the next fella! dizzy time!!! well 1 of us muz do 2 times... so i took the challenge... 1 by 1 did... unlucky for ben... he got dizzy and he fell off after the 8th spin... he hit the table beside him... gosh... v all called him to relax... relax... then he did ok after tat... b4 my 2nd round, one of team-mate din make a full 8th round... so the penalty is i muz make another xtra spin around the stick... tat is 9 round... i kind of omost fall down... and i did memorize the sentense when i did for my 1st round so i can manage to read sum without really focus the words... and i made a far slide with my butt on a straight line... save sum time... haha... 3rd check point... limbo time!!! well... all of us muz tie our leg to each other and do a straight line limbo... so v muz tie ourself quite a distance... so after all the knot is done on everybody leg... v do the limbo... it is easy for the shorter person... well when comes to kok hoong it is really a trouble... he cant really make it... so he hit the stick... then all of us muz restart... tiz time the person in charge (PIC) close 1 eye... he said v can support him... so he passed... he was in front of me... and guess wat... i cant do the limbo... erm... so the person at my back, bing en support me as i do the limbo... ai... malu... i will practise more for limbo when i bac home...
then head for the 4th check point! maggie mee time... with a few hidden ingredients inside it... its a wasabi... i immune to it... wakaka... the challenge is... a plate on the table and v only can use a finger to eat it... all of us muz at least eat... crap... so after quite sum time... i ask the PIC whether can v hold the plate and eat with a finger afterwards... she said YES! of coz! tat is the technique... so i grab the plate and incline the plate towards my mouth and use a finger to sweep all the mee into my mouth... gosh... it is terrible... desperate... runing out of time... so v all dash to the 5th check point! marble challenge!!! there is a pail of soap water and there is a few stone and 10 marble inside it... the surface of the pail view is blocked... so basically v muz find the marble using our leg sensors... and 1 of us muz do 2 times since v are only a group of 9... v took quite sumtime in tiz challenge... sad... 6th check point... ping pong, pair up and walk til the end! guess u all noe wat im talking bout... well if u dunno, here is how to play it... v nid to pair up and walk to the finish line with a ping pong ball in the between of our feet... v completed tiz task after quite sumtime... amanda and joy had trouble... they restart plenty of time coz the ball fell off frm their feet... after all of us done... v wait for them and v saw they retry 3 times... sad... nvm... keep it up... not giving up is the spirit! 7th check point! search a ballon with a small piece of paper inside, then blow it... pop it if can... erm... i kinda scare of tiz kind of sound... heart beating very fast... but wat can do... same goes for jessie... she was afraid tat oso... so one of us help her pop the balloon... but i did pop myself by stepping on the ballon... my pet sis is the PIC... she caught me and she say "who call u to sep on it" so i say "oh... cannot 1 arh?" she juz warn me and she smile bac. luckily no penalty... then v cant locate the last ballon with a clue, so bing en search all the ballon seganas-ganasnya! pooop... a clue came out... free 1... too bad... the PIC saw it... as a penalty v nid to blow a balloon and pop it... so he did! after all tat v nid to join all the paper bac like a puzzle... so v got a map... the PIC said tat v nid to go to the place and find sumthing black in colour... it took us quite sumtime to find it too... wat a sad case... luckily sam found it and v dash to the PIC! 8th check point! crab walk with a pencil btw our nose and our mouth... i did tat miserablely... haha... drop a few time... the PIC no cal me to restart bac coz i did complain to her juz now bout jia wen group! his group start the challenge without all of his team member... i said "where can he come and start the game without all of the team there. its a teamwork..." so it kind of waste our time waiting for his team to complete. wakaka... done... here is the final check point... go outside to the carpark and sing negaraku! sounds easy? tink twice! the gurls nid to barefoot and sing... where else the guy nid to be top naked to sing... during the singing... an annoying gurl fan us frm behind... ooi... its oredy so windy and cold... so v run bac to the hall... they cal us to go get ready for dinner!
so i go take a bath! and then change into the t-shirt tat all of us get on the 1st day! then head towards to the cafeteria... sum1 use the pointer (finger) to cal me... as i look behind it is grace aka meow!
meow: woi...
me: wat? (i tot i was blocking the way or sumthing like tat)
meow: y u wearing tiz shirt??? (she close her mouth and laugh silently)
me: oh! y u copy me again ar???
meow: u copy me la... i wore it 1st!
me: how u noe u wore it 1st...
meow: i wore it after i bath! me: me too! i bath earlier than u! :P
meow: my team finish in the race 1st! so i head back earlier than u!
me: ...
jia wen: desmond cannot say anything oredy...
me quickly rush to pick a table... trying to escape tiz topic! :P
later after dinner v had session and discussion! then every group leader is given a title for talentime on tomoro! my team got spiderman! erm... later they tell us the overall score... schumacher team is leading... its meow team... and my team is the 2nd last with the same score with other 2 teams... (2 team in the lead, 1 team in 2nd, 1 team in 3rd, 3 team in the 2nd last, 1 team last...)
b4 the worship and praying start, i got a gift frm my guardian angel... a key chain with a cross! wonder who is my guardian angel!
then after everything... v got a mini game... erm it is called blind folded night-walk! all of us will be blind folded! then all of us walk as a team to the finish line using the string as our guide! there was a PIC looking after us if sumthing soes wrong! so happen tat she is joy sister! so me as the head i was in front of them... behind me was sam... he is my messenger... so v follow the string all the way... there most trouble part is the staircase... muz be really careful! wakaka... dun trip or sumthing like tat... so basically i had a head on with all the obstacle ahead... OUCH!!! come to 1 part... there are a few string... so i juz follow all the way... i touch a window... its a dead end... crap... so i touch the window... up to down finding for the string... no clue... so i call all my team to reverse... reverse... reverse until u feel there is a lot of string... it took quite sumtime to reverse... haha... luckily sam... the 1 who behind me is not really blind-folded... so he help me to control the mess i did... haha... v managed to find the interception of y-shaped... so v take the other path... then i walk walk... faster and faster... coz i feel the presure of sam... then i heard sam shouted "Desmond where are u?" in my heart i said "wat the heck?" so i knew it was a trick after all. the person let go off me and i had to reverse bac... so i rush bac... and get hold of sam... and continue to walk fast... later v end up in the toilet coz the smells is so... (u noe wat im gonna to say)! then sam said "its a guy toilet!" then all the girls said "ewwwww...... no wonder so stinks!" tiz is so humilating! later i touch sum1's back... i felt a jacket! so i tap the fella a few time... "hey who is tiz???" i said! then the PIC say "oops oops wait for a while" and s/he hold me up! i stand still for a while till the PIC let me go! then a few minutes, it comes to the end when i nid to cross the string and then my pet sis opened my blind fold and say "shhhh...." after all of us completed v head for supper!
well im a bad leader... after supper i call all of my team member to assemble and discuss bout the talentime which is on the next day! i hold them for bout 90min frm 11.50 til 1.20! so v head to bed later... sumhow im only able to sleep at 2 sumthing!
